- The welfare of the children we work with is our priority;We have a duty to care for all children with whom we come into contact;
- We agree to consult and respect the views of children and parents, in accordance with Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child;
- We will adopt appropriate behavior when working with sick children;
- We work in collaboration with the Hospital and agree to respect and follow its rules;
- All information about a child and their condition is confidential;We only work with children if they allow it;
- It is always required to have the consent of the parents and the child before interviewing, filming or taking photographs of a child.
Articles of Association
We are a Private Institution of Social Solidarity, with no political or religious ties, officially founded on June 4, 2002.
Our main purpose is to ensure a continuous program of intervention within the pediatric wards of Portuguese hospitals, through the visit of professional clowns. These artists have specialized training in the hospital environment and work in close collaboration with health professionals, putting on performances adapted to each child and each situation.
